Overview:
JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. is looking for a strategic Senior Human Resource Business Partner to support operational leadership on HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance, and compliance. This role ensures alignment of HR practices with business goals and workforce sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver strategic HR guidance on contracts, compliance, recruitment, and employee engagement.
-Coach and support operational leaders in handling people-related challenges.
-Collaborate with leadership on workforce optimization and productivity.
-Implement employee development programs and succession planning.
-Oversee employee relations and disciplinary processes with fairness and consistency.
-Monitor HR systems and assist in aligning compensation strategies with performance objectives.
Requirements and Skills:
-Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
-Hands-on HR experience in a site-based or industrial environment.
-Strong background in labour law, performance systems, and people management.
-Proven leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
-Experience driving workforce training and local development initiatives.
-Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
