Job Purpose
The incumbent is responsible for providing new advisors with the essential support and training they need to quickly become effective and sustain success in the business through sales and after-sales excellence.
Key Performance Areas
- Responsible for onboarding, supporting, training and development of newly hired advisors.
- Provides support to financial advisers and their clients by overseeing the initial probationary period on new advisers in terms of attending meetings, tracking activity, identifying gaps in skill to ensure new advisors flourish and vest into fully fledged and productive financial advisers for the business.
Qualifications & Experience
- Business related Degree.
- COP mandatory
- 3 years post qualification experience in Sales and Marketing management
