Treasury Manager
Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, this key role is responsible for optimizing the company’s financial resources and driving strategic monetary decisions. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Finance Officer and senior management, providing critical insights to shape the company’s financial strategy and support impactful decision-making.
The main duties include but are not limited to:
- Oversee daily cash management, ensure smooth cash flow operations, and prepare accurate cash flow forecasts to support financial planning.
- Ensure the company maintains optimal liquidity and has access to medium- and long-term debt.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit standards and equity financing.
- Analyse risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Analyse risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Make informed investment decisions to maximize returns.
- Financial relationships: Managing relationships with banks and other financial institutions
- Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
- Lead and mentor a team, providing regular feedback to colleagues and subordinates.
- Prepare detailed reports for management and the board.
- Liaise effectively with senior management and other departments.
- Treasury manager should understand financial markets, business economics, and associated risks, while staying adaptable to technology and industry changes.

Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- A Master’s Degree would be an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in an accounting or treasury management.
