DEPARTMENT OF ARCHITECTURE AND PLANNING

VACANCY NO: IRC 1424

Duties: Successful candidates will be required to assist with the teaching of courses in the Urban and Regional Planning programmes. These courses include but not limited to Planning Studios, Planning Techniques and Theoretical course, practical, labs, and tutorials. The candidate will also be required to perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements: Applicants must have: (i) a minimum of 4-year BA or BSc Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Urban Design, or any equivalent discipline; (ii) A minimum of 2(ii) CGPA Classification (iii) An average pass of 65% in Planning Studios; (iv) Demonstrable experience with design techniques at inter-mediate level (v) A minimum of one year of university teaching experience or two years of professional practice and membership of PITP/RTPI or any other recognized professional body will be an added advantage.
