Temporary Full-Time Demonstrator/ Teaching Assistant in Real Estate at UNIVERSITY OF BOTSWANA

DEPARTMENT OF ARCHITECTURE AND PLANNING

VACANCY NO: IRC 1423

Duties: Successful candidates will be required to (i) assist with handling real estate tutorial classes (ii) guide the students on the use of real estate application software’s (property management, property development, property investment appraisal and valuation) and (iii) carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements: Requirements: candidates must possess (i) a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Land Management, Estate Management, Property Studies or cognate field with at least a 2(ii) CGPA Classification, (ii) A minimum of grade C in computer applications in real estate (iii) For Demonstrator position, possession of one year University teaching experience OR two years professional practice experience and membership of Real Estate Institute of Botswana will be added advantages.
