Overview:
Ganga Drilling Botswana is looking for a skilled Technical Supervisor with strong leadership and technical experience in the drilling industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical operations and ensuring efficient and safe drilling procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily drilling operations
- Ensure adherence to safety and technical standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on site
- Support and guide technical teams
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ technical experience in the drilling industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proven knowledge of drilling equipment and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
