Main Purpose of the Job
OVERVIEW
ODC is looking for a Junior Management -Systems Analyst to plan, develop, and manage the design and implementation of integrated business systems. This role involves conducting system analysis, coordinating business application projects, and ensuring the efficient use of IT systems to meet our evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to system design and ensure technical solutions support future upgrades.
• Coordinate change management processes, system implementation, upgrades, and provide user training.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and develop system specifications.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct system testing, and ensure the development of modern, effective systems.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, reduce risks, and promote ethical practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT.
• At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis.
• Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of system requirements and technologies.
