Job Description

Overview:
Eighty Eight Print & Graphics (Pty) Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to enhance the efficiency of our printing material procurement. This role involves managing inventory, overseeing logistics, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the seamless operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline procurement processes for printing materials, ensuring cost-efficiency and reliability.
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
  • Coordinate logistics, including transportation and storage of materials.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports on supply chain activities and present findings to management.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Engineering or other relevant discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in supply chain management, logistics, or inventory control.
  • Knowledge of the printing industry and related materials.
