Main Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for organizing and supervising the sale and delivery of safe, secure and efficient products and services through e-business channels (e.g. website, online platform and mobile platform) to grow the organisation’s revenue, customer base and profitability.
Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with IT to ensure that website, online and mobile platforms are safe, secure and available in accordance with SA and other agreements.
- Monitor flows through website, online and mobile platforms and resolve customer queries and cases of non-compliance through channels.
- Liaise with product owner to ensure that delivery of products meets product owners’ requirements.
- Liaise with IT and service providers on development of e-commerce deliver channels and introduction of new products and services.
- Monitor business and prepare detailed reports and analysis.
- Provide end user information on e-commerce capabilities and identify potential for business growth.
- Connect digital investments to the bank’s KPIs in order to achieve positive digital transformation.
UNDERTAKE OTHER RELATED ACTIVITIES AS DIRECTED BY MANAGER, DIGITAL CHANNELS
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Strategic management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing or related area.
Experience:
- Three (3) years’ experience in an e-commerce environment.
