Main Purpose of the Job
The Supervisor will manage office operations, including administration, housekeeping, stock supplies, and logistics. This role involves leading a team, implementing streamlined processes, and supporting the success of Facilities Management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee administration services, office housekeeping, and meeting management. Ensure timely service provider payments and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage office supplies, collaborate with vendors, and place orders as needed.
• Optimize transport services, develop budgets, and ensure fleet maintenance.
• Assist with safety training programs and monitor compliance with company policies.
• Promote high performance, develop teams, and manage processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and project a positive corporate image.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, resolve issues, and implement preventative measures.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Facilities Management.
• 3 years of experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
