Brandz Unlimited is a Franchise Chain Store dealing in Sportswear Equipment of all popular brands, School Uniforms and Fragrances.
Brandz Unlimited is looking for results oriented, self-driven, team-playing, suitably qualified individuals to work as Store Administrators (2 positions available)
The objective of this position is to provide an oversight function to all store operations, conduct regular stock audits and ensure all company rules, policies and procedures are followed
Key responsibilities of the job are: –
• To oversee the day-to-day functions of the stores assigned
• Regular Audit stock takes
• Ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained
• Daily Cash Accounting of all the stores
• Ensuring compliance by all stores and staff
Qualifications and Skills
• Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Must be computer literate
• Must have skills in MS office – specifically Excel
• Must be able to train staff
• Work under tight schedules with minimum supervision
• Leadership skills
• Communication skills in Setswana and English
• Having a driving license is an additional advantage
• Must be willing to travel within Botswana
• Must have at least 2 traceable references from previous employment
Must have temporary / permanent accommodation available in a minimum of 2 of the below areas
1. Francistown area
2. Selebi – Phikwe area (Selebi-Phikwe or Bobonong)
3. Palapye area (Palapye or Serowe)
4. Gaborone area (Gaborone or Molepolole)

Store administrators will be paid an initial salary of P2500 (of which P1500 is basic and P1000 is performance based); in addition, an overnight allowance will be paid when required.
