Main Purpose of the Job
The role is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating communications and marketing strategies for the Company. Serves as a brand custodian by defining and driving the BOL brand and image to a range of stakeholders, tailoring messaging and developing internal and external communications and marketing campaigns and activities. The role is key in enhancing our brand proposition as well as providing communications and marketing direction across the organisation to support the strategy pillars.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Corporate Communications, Media Studies or any related field.
Professional/Technical: Membership of a relevant professional body would be an added advantage.
Experience: At least ten (10) years relevant experience with demonstrable experience in developing and implementing communications and marketing strategies, five (5) of which should have been at management level.
