Main Purpose of the Job
ODC is seeking a Senior Manager for Corporate Affairs, a strategic leader responsible for managing stakeholder engagement, corporate communication, and regulatory compliance. This pivotal role shapes ODC’s reputation and supports its mission to enhance shareholder value and market impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement corporate affairs strategies aligned with ODC’s business goals.
• Lead PR, events, and media management to boost visibility and engagement.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement, influencing favorable policies and maintaining strong relationships.
• Direct ESG strategy and communication to demonstrate ODC’s commitment to sustainability.
• Manage and mentor Corporate Affairs teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
•Ensure regulatory compliance and manage corporate governance.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience, with at least 8 years in senior corporate affairs or related roles.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, PR, corporate governance, and ESG reporting. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
