The Senior Human Capital Business Partner will be responsible for providing support in the delivery of human capital services and operations to ensure that they are aligned with Mascom’s overall strategic objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years practical work experience preferably as a HR generalist preferred Industries include Telecommunications, Information Technology (IT) etc
  • Proven experience in managing HR operations or recruitment activities.
  • Sector experience will be advantageous.
