Sales Support Lead

Reporting to the Direct & Controlled Channels Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support (Sales animation, application and management of specific project) to the Sales Department.

The main duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement a sales animation plan that will contribute to the growth of sales.
  • Support the consumer sales teams in term of applications and tools.
  • Manage specific projects to support sales channels.
  • Manage staff and functions.
  • Management of shop daily reconciliation and quality assurance.
  • Management of shop branding and merchandising book.
  • Provide shops with inventory and office supplies.
  • Management of maintenance in the shops.
  • Handle client complaints and inquiries.
  • Provide comprehensive tools, applications, logins and support all shops.
  • Ensure that partner postpaid contracts are successfully completed on BSCS.
  • Right Q Performance.
  • Pricing Management.
  • Ensure the correctness and effectiveness of various types of documents.
  • Validation of ordered postpaid vouchers.
  • ITN issues management.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their performance and productivity.
  • Management and animation of shop challenges.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters or Degree in Marketing, Sales or any Business related qualification.
  • 5 years in Sales or operational Marketing position with some management experience (proven and successful track record on a similar activity).
