REAL TEA is looking for a SALES REPRESENTATIVE in GABORONE
Purpose of the Position:
– To maximize sales, market products intensively and supervise all activations and merchandisers
– Candidate must be hands on, sales driven and have the capability to drive new products in the market.
Responsibilities:
– Increase sales volumes in stores (grow business in the region)
– Source new business and develop an active buying customer base (field marketing)
– Ensure constant stock availability of stock in stores
– Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
– Prepare route plans and adhere to call cycles
– Liase with customers at store level
– Arrange product launches and manage promotional material
– Must be able to Negotiate shelf space with clients (maintain facings)
Requirements:
– A good understanding of what is required for new product’s launching in the market
– Proven sales experience and superb interpersonal skills is an advantage.
– Minimum 4 years experience in sales and marketing in the FMCG industry
– Diploma in Sales and Marketing
– Fluent in Business English
– Class B drivers license
– Must be of sober habits
