Minimum Qualifications:
• O’ Level or equivalent.
• Certificate of Proficiency in Long Term Insurance or working towards attaining one (proof required) is mandatory.
• Certificate in Sales and Marketing or a relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Experience in sales in an insurance industry will also be an added advantage.

Salary:
• Commission based.

• Understanding the fundamentals of business.
• Fluent vocabulary and the understanding of basic insurance concepts to frame solutions in a way that is directly tied to strategic outcomes.
• Negotiation skills.

Sales Acumen:
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele through exploration of new market segments.
