SCOPE OF THE JOB:
•To provide effective and efficient funeral services at operational level to the benefit of the company.

PERFOMANCE ARREARS;
•Receive calls and correspondence from both external and internal customers.
•Daily receipting, filling and checking including reconciliation.
•Assisting in preparing funeral schedules.
•Counting stock (wreaths,coffins and caskets)
•Assist in the movement of corpses in and around the country.
•Attend to customer queries, ressolve/engage relevant parties.
•Assist in maintenance of proper records.
•Interpret operational policies/procedures accurately.
•Assist in ensuring progressive fleet management and good record keeping.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS;
•Minimum of BGCSE certificate.
•Certificate of Proficiency-Long Term
-1+ year experience
•Any business related certificate will be added advantage
