Sales Business Partner
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for managing a portfolio of POS, sub-dealers, service points, and orange shops within a defined Zone. Core mandate is to ensure Capillarity expansion, Visibility, Product availability, ensure recommendation and Market intelligence.
Currently Orange Botswana has 3 Regions and 12 Zones and the successful candidate will be placed in any of the 12 zones as Management see it fit.
The main duties include but are not limited to:
- Contribute to increasing Orange revenue and market share through both indirect and direct sales channels in a specific region.
- Participate in achieving sales and QoS targets and company business objectives by executing all necessary actions.
- Maintain the continuous presence, visibility and availability of Orange products and services in the designated area, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for the animation of specific portfolio of POS, sub-dealers, Service Points and Orange Shops.
- Conduct regular field visits to enhance the visibility, availability, recommendation, customer satisfaction, and sales of Orange’s products and services.
- Train customer advisors, street sellers, or partners to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and build brand intimacy and preference.
- Ensure no stock disruption occurs and branding materials are in place.
- Encourage point of sales and shops to increase Orange product sales and foster a positive and sustainable relationship based on trust.
- Provide branding materials and ensure that the proper merchandising of the Orange offer at each point of sale or shop.
- Keep the POS database continually updated and gather all necessary information for the development of Orange business.
- Proactively contribute to sales development by collecting and searching for orders at dealer, sub dealer, and point of sales level.
- Propose actions that can enhance regional sales development and manage their implementation if validated.
- Formalize and share weekly reports and recommendations.
- Adhere to Orange’s internal sales technique, attitude, processes and tools.
- Ensure partners are serviced efficiently and timely.
- Ensure that contractual obligations are fulfilled efficiently and promptly.

- Communication skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office.)
- Extremely trustworthy.
- Valid driver’s licence.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree Marketing, Sales and or Business related.
- A Masters would be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or Field Operations, with some managerial experience, and a proven track record in a similar activity.
