JOB GRADE: BAND 2 | APPOINTMENT TYPE: FIXED TERM CONTRACT
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for executing daily end-to-end operations of respective retail outlet and provide efficient service to customers according to company procedures key performance areas.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Sales/ marketing is preferred)

The role also requires the candidate to have Inventory Management, Logistics Management, Revenue Management, Customer Query & Request Fulfilment, Customer Feedback Management, Store/Franchisee management and Project Management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Sales/ marketing is preferred)
- 0 – 2 years’ experience of sales and customer service environment
- Computer literacy is mandatory
- Sector experience is advantageous
