Job Summary

To drive exceptional achievement of portfolio sales targets to maximize profitability by managing sales activity levels in line with the Distribution Broker Strategy, through fostering a profitable relationship with Brokers & Corporate Agencies, pay points, worksites, and other critical stakeholders within the region.

Key Performance Areas

  • Ensures Corporate agencies & brokers achieve income budgets through exceptional  support and service to brokers/agencies.
  • Drives sales performance objectives of  each portfolio.
  • Regular tracks and reports on sales activity and overall broker performance, ensuring alignment with the set and agreed levels of performance to drive sales.
  • Oversees the onboarding of new Corporate Broker and Agencies  to grow the business.
  • Identify sales opportunities on an ongoing basis.
  • Conducts sales and activation campaigns in partnership with brokers.
  • Engages with Brokers and corporate Agencies & Life managers within different portfolios to improve relationships.
  • Creates and nurture relationships with pay-points and other critical stakeholders to facilitate the sales process.
  • Ensures adherence to regulation, risk management tactics and laid out processes, guidelines  and procedures.
  • Drives performance through planning and regular review of staff.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Associate in Insurance qualification.
  • Three (3) years experience in the Sales and Marketing management
  • Long term COP
