The Regent Group is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to fill in the following vacancies.

   – Receptionists-Manong Game Lodge x2

– at least a certificate in Tourism and hospitality or related
-2 years experience as a receptionist with full knowledge of the Opera System
Duties include:
• Checking guests in and out on Opera operating system
• Collecting of payments to settle room / PMS accounts
• To be responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing processes.
• Keeping the hotel reception area clean and tidy at all times.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
• To administer all routes of reservations to ensure that room bookings are made and recorded accurately.
• To ensure that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently.
• To keep up to date with room prices and special offers to provide accurate information to guests.
• To administer the general petty cash system and float in an accurate manner.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
• To undertake any other ad-hoc duties (rooms, cleaning, bar and restaurant work) relevant to the post, as and when required.
