Your Roles and Responsibilities Include:
As the first point of contact for the company, we would require you to deliver on (but not limited to) the following:
● To receive, assist and direct guests with a friendly demeanor.
● Manage incoming calls, transferring to relevant personnel and taking messages.
● Co-ordinates the sending and receiving of goods and mail, maintaining all necessary records.
● Updates office calendar, boardroom bookings and maintaining office contacts.
● Maintaining tidiness of the reception area.
● Additional clerical functions as needed.

As the ideal candidate you must have :-
• A suitable certificate in Secretarial Studies and/or Administration
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Must be computer literate
• Strong communication, professional and interpersonal skills
