QUALITY ASSURANCE PHARMACY TECHNICIAN-FIXED TERM CONTRACT (GABORONE)-BPS 33/2/2 Vol.1 (67)
JOB SUMMARY
To ensure adherence to regulatory statutes and quality assure the receipt, storage and distribution of the Cold Chain products, pharmaceutical and laboratory medicines and non-medical products to Public Health Facilities as per Service Level Agreement between BotswanaPost and Ministry of Health.
The position directly reports to the Quality Assurance Pharmacist
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Conduct Quality Assurance Inspection on all received goods.
* Conduct verification process on all picked products for issuance.
* Conduct periodical FEFO/FIFO Inspections.
* Compile monthly warehouse temperature reports.
* Supervise Quality Assurance Inspection of Keep Cool Items.
* Conduct Quality Assurance of Keep Cool Items.
* Train and evaluate Quality Assurance staff on SOP use and adherence.
* Conduct regular Quality Assurance section meetings.
* Guide subordinates on work performance.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
* HND in Pharmacy Technology
EXPERIENCE:
* A minimum of 2 years in Pharmaceutical Environment
