This role is accountable for assisting the facilities manager in providing proactive maintenance and responsive service for repairs and projects for all the Corporation’s facilities to ensure the smooth running of all facilities.

- Diploma in Property Management or Business Administration
- 1 year experience as an Administrator with excellent knowledge of Property Administration
- Valid drivers licence (class B)

Salary: An attractive Salary Package commensurate to the market
Leave: 25 working days per annum
Pension: A Contributory Pension Scheme (16.5% WUC and 4% Employee)
