Overview:
Makoro Brick & Tile is seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager to oversee the structural design and construction of major infrastructure projects, particularly kiln tunnels and dryer tunnels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project plans, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct comprehensive structural design analysis for major infrastructure projects.
-Plan, organize, and oversee all project phases from inception to completion.
-Develop detailed project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules.
-Create and review construction drawings and ensure alignment with project requirements.
-Supervise contractors and site personnel, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
-Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
-Ensure all engineering and construction activities comply with regulatory standards.
Requirements & Skills:
-Cambridge/O-Level Certificate.
-Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
-Minimum 15 years of experience in building construction and project management.
-Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
