Overview:
The Product Support Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional after-sales service and equipment performance to enhance customer satisfaction. The role focuses on maintaining equipment reliability, managing support teams, and driving profitability through targeted service initiatives.

Responsibilities:

-Manage after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and increase turnover.

-Drive equipment performance KPIs, including uptime and reliability.

-Manage customer support teams and deliver exceptional service.

-Enhance profitability through effective cost management and revenue generation.

-Develop reports and forecasts based on customer needs and market trends.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering.

-Experience in after-sales services or equipment maintenance is critical.

-Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
