MP Mining is a Mining Contractor for Leboam Holdings (PTY) Ltd which owns Kopano Copper Mine, located in the North-Eastern part of Botswana off Mosetse and Dukwi Villages. The Company is currently looking for results driven, agile and suitably qualified individuals to fill the below position:

 – Process Trainer

To spearhead initiatives to optimize company efficiency through the meticulous formulation and execution of a dynamic training and development strategy tailored specifically for the process department. Your core responsibilities encompass conducting exhaustive training needs assessments for the process plant team, delivering enlightening training sessions, devising and implementing a comprehensive training blueprint, nurturing skill enhancement, and fostering an environment of operational excellence within the organization.

Minimum Requirements:
•Possession of a Certificate in mineral processing or related fields, demonstrating a deep understanding of the subject matter.
•A minimum of fifteen (15) years of hands-on experience in technical training facilitation within processing and fixed plant maintenance, showcasing a rich and diverse expertise.
•Profound mastery in base metal process operations, including but not limited to crushing, milling, flotation, thickening, filtration, tailings disposal, and maintenance, underpinning a strong foundation of knowledge.
•Proficiency in designing and developing cutting-edge training aids and materials, leveraging innovative approaches to enhance learning outcomes.
•Proven track record in conducting meticulous training needs assessments to discern operator characteristics, skill levels, job contexts, and to meticulously identify requisite processes and tasks.
•Adeptness in deploying a wide array of training methodologies such as on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and simulation-based learning, tailored to meet the diverse needs of the workforce.
