ORGANISATIONAL PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT MANAGER (THREE (3) YEARS RENEWABLE CONTRACT)

Main Purpose of the Job:

To drive strategic planning processes and ensure implementation of the Corporate performance, project performance and business process improvement to enhance efficiency and foster a culture of high performance within the organization.

Experience and qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Strategic Management , Business Administration or related fields.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years’ work experience in corporate performance management, three (3) of which should have been at supervisory level.
  • Advanced knowledge of corporate performance management, project management and change management
