Orange Money Digital Marketing and CBM Specialist

Reporting to the Commercial and Marketing Director, the incumbent will be responsible for managing Orange Money’s digital presence, enhancing customer engagement, and executing marketing campaigns to improve retention and reduce churn.

The main duties include but are not limited to:

 

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and implement Orange Money’s digital marketing initiatives.
  • Create, implement, and manage captivating Orange Money digital campaigns that boost client engagement across all accessible digital platforms.
  • Manage the generation of digital content by third parties to ensure that it aligns with the campaign objectives.
  • Increase brand recognition using digital media channels including YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and compare results to goals (ROI and KPIs).ost customer engagement across all digital channels.

Customer Base Management

  • Develop and administer a customer base management strategy and plan in accordance with Orange Money’s objective to retain its mobile money market share leadership.
  • Create and manage regular customer base management campaigns aimed at enhancing client retention and decreasing churn.
  • Analyze and comprehend Orange Money customer behaviors and trends.
  • Monitor, analyze, and share data from consumer base campaigns.
  • Conduct an in-depth research of customer base movement trends and give recommendations to strengthen the Orange Money client base.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any Business-related fields
  • Digital Marketing and/or CBM specialist courses will be an advantage
  • 4 – 6 years of experience in a customer base management environment and/or product development.
  • Experience in banking or mobile finance will be an added advantage
