Draws and Implements Tied sales target achievement strategies to support the successful achievement of the Distribution strategy.

Experience/Knowledge &Skills:
- Degree in Business Management (Sales and Marketing).
- 8 years post qualification experience in the Sales environment in a leadership role.
- Intermediate/Complex understanding of investment instruments and investment markets/environment.
- A track record in driving exceptional sales is a pre- requisite.
- Associate in Insurance will be an added advantage
