Position Title: Group Marketing & Client Relations Manager

Reports to: Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

Job Summary: Plays a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and coordinating strategies that enhance the brand image, drive marketing initiatives, and foster strong relationships with clients. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strategic mindset, strong marketing acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills.



  • Participate in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans to promote insurance products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, including digital content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Design and implement innovative marketing materials, campaigns to promote products or services.
  • Communicate brand guidelines and marketing strategies to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Brand Management

  • Enhance and maintain the company’s brand image and reputation.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Manage public relations efforts, including press releases and media relations.

Client Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement client retention strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and consumer preferences

Sales Support

  • Collaborate with the sales teams to develop targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Provide marketing support for sales presentations, proposals, and client meetings.
  • Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience, with a minimum of three years in a senior/management position
  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing, and client relations.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing and social media.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Experience in the Insurance industry will be an added advantage
