Job Description
To manage the Business Administration aspects of Investor Services efficiently and professionally. To deliver exceptional service relating to all client queries across the custody and trustee services businesses. To efficiently manage the reconciliations process within investor services as well as being accountable for the correct processing of all clients billing on a monthly basis and in accordance with fee agreements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for account management and data management tasks. In the execution of responsibilities, the incumbent will be guided by the custody, trustee and investment administration procedure manuals, product agreements and applicable service level agreements. The incumbent will support the Business Head to implement programmes, projects, and initiatives to enable strategy, achieve minimum standards of service, adherence to governance standards, manage costs and achieve budgets, while continuously improving operational efficiency of the team with clear objectives and established tools. Responsibilities are directed by the requirements of the Business Head and align to the strategic objectives of the business unit.
