LOAN CLERK (COUNTRY WIDE) – MICROFINANCE BOTSWANA

Job Overview
The position is to become part of a highly energetic sales team in the operations structure of a microfinance company that was launched 9 years ago. The ideal candidate must be a mature individual with entrepreneurial flair, capable of working with a high degree of autonomy and be able to lead by example,

You must be an experienced sales person with at least 1 years’ sales experience
Experience with the microfinance industry will be an advantage.
Above average communication and interpersonal skills should be demonstrated throughout your career
You must be a highly motivated and a result orientated individual
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word required
You must have at least passed Form 5 with Mathematics
