LECTURER OR SENIOR LECTURER – BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP (THREE (3) YEARS RENEWABLE CONTRACT)
Main Purpose of the Job:
To design programmes, develop modules, design relevant teaching and learning material, employ appropriate assessment methods, in addition to be able to conduct high quality research reflected in the authorship of high-quality publications. The successful candidate must have demonstrable knowledge in teaching and research supervision in; business management, entrepreneurship and human resource modules among others.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship/ Business Management or in a relevant field acceptable to BAC
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Entrepreneurship or related field with a classification of a 2(i) or higher.
- PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) or other teaching qualification is required.
- BQA accreditation or accreditation from a recognized qualification authority) is essential.
Experience for Lecturer
- At least four (4) years of post-qualification experience, two (2) of which should have been teaching at a lecturer level within a higher education institution.
- Operational knowledge of applicable legislation and relevant academic policies, standards and programmes, student administration and management, academic assessments, research, curriculum development, and learning and teaching management.
- The successful candidate must have demonstrable knowledge in teaching and research supervision in; business management, entrepreneurship and human resource modules among others.
Experience for Senior Lecturer
- At least four (6) years of post-qualification experience, three (3) of which should have been teaching at a lecturer level within a higher education institution.
- Advanced knowledge of applicable legislation and relevant academic policies, standards and programmes, student administration and management, academic assessments, research, curriculum development, and learning and teaching management.
The successful candidate must have demonstrable knowledge in teaching and research supervision in; business management, entrepreneurship and human resource modules among others.
