Responsibilities
This role is a senior management role and reports to the Senior Manager Human Resources Services.
- The purpose of this role is to develop and implement learning and development strategies to ensure employees have the required skills and competitiveness to improve their performance as well as to develop organizational development strategies to achieve organizational effectiveness and capacity to change.

Minimum Requirements
- Degree Social Sciences or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years post qualification experience with at least 2 of which should be at middle management in Training and Development / Organizational Development.
