
VACANCY: RECEPTIONIST
Turnstar Holdings Limited is looking to hire a Receptionist to provide full administrative and secretarial support to the business.
The incumbent will be responsible for the following ;
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them appropriately
2. Receiving customers/clients
3. Meetings management
4. Attend specific meetings and take notes, draft minutes and action recommendations as required
5. Prepare Board Documents
6. Records Management
7. Provide general Office administration
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCE
1. Ability to organize and plan own work
2. Communication skills(both written and oral)
3. interpersonal skills(internally and externally)
4. Knowledge of computer applications, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
5. Ability to keep confidential information
6. Attention to detail
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
1.Diploma in Business administration or similar field of study
2. At least 5 years experience in a similar field of work
