VACANCY: CREDIT CONTROLLER/ACCOUNTANT
Turnstar Holdings Limited is looking to hire a Credit Controller/ Accountant with a good eye for detail to expertly manage the debts of the company by ensuring timely payments of company debts, and providing administrative support to the Business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Receipting of tenant payments
2. Reconciliation of tenants statements
3. Follow up on defaulting tenants
4. Institute legal action on defaulting tenants
5. Supervision of Junior team members
6. Monthly arears reporting
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelors in Accounting or AAT
· Strong communication skills.
· Knowledge in MDA/MRI proficiency will be an added advantage
· Ability to work under minimal supervision
· Experience in credit control will be an added advantage
