Collections Agent x 10
We are looking for driven individuals to work as collection agents in our contact centre.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
o Call customers and persuade them to pay their debts
o Initiate strategies for collection processes and procedures
o Develop and advise customers on alternative payment plans
o Respond to customer queries
o Ensure that records are entered, updated and maintained accurately throughout the collection processes
o Close a specific number of collection accounts in a specific amount of time to meet assigned collection target by the business
o Meeting daily, monthly and yearly targets
o Tracing debtors and implementing repayment plans and terms,
o Respond to customer queries
o Build trust with debtors in order to curb debtor delinquency and encourage continuous payment
o Communicate with management and other team members about methods and strategies that encourage and ensures a positive rate of customers agreeing to pay
o Problem solving and timely decision making
