Position: Software Developer Intern
Location: Gaborone
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions.
Assist in the analysis and improvement of existing codebases.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for project development.
Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug software issues, and propose effective solutions.
Learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages as required by projects.
Qualifications:
A Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and object-oriented concepts.
Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
Basic knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and a passion for software development.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
