REGISTRATION OFFICER

Job Function

To provide registration services, manage membership services, management of CPD and monitoring of compliance to the requirements of the Act; including all other business related functions. To work closely with the Assistant Registrar to provide support as and when required.

 

Key responsibilities

The Registration officer will be responsible for, amongst others, the following:

·        Maintains a Membership Register and publishes same, upon approval.

·        Follows-up members as necessary, to ensure compliance with registration requirements.

·        Facilitates the provision of membership related services and benefits.

·        Organises and participates in membership drive/outreach activities.

·        Assisting in the marketing operations of the organization

·        Verification and monitoring of CPD

·        Monitoring and Compliance

Key Performance Areas:

·        Compile a schedule of CPD renewals and engage with QSs for renewal

·        Identify potential new CPD partners and engage with them for inclusion on our database

·        Up to date database of QSs with correct details

·        Ensure all registered activities are published on all required platforms

·        Communicate with QSs on outstanding CPD hours

·        Ensure that all CPD documents and attendance registers received comply with audit requirements

·        Identify potential new CPD partners and engage with them for inclusion on our database

·        Establish and develops appropriate procedures to ensure compliance to the Act by all.

·        Visits construction sites and development areas to check involvement of registered QSs

·        be able to provide general administration duties

·        Brand visibility

Core Competencies:

 

·        Customer service and proven experience in problem-solving and analytical skills.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (word, excel and powerpoint).

·        Business Administration and Marketing

·        Highly computer literate (all MS Office packages).

·        Good communication and presentation skills

 

Requirements:

·        Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ IT or any relevant field;

·        At least 5 years of relevant experience
