Job Overview
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing the efficient and cost-effective operation of the company, whilst maintaining high output, international standard quality and a safe zero harm environment with great hygiene standards. You will ensure a fast and efficient production schedule to meet time sensitive deadlines for clients work. You will be at the forefront to drive further continuous improvements and develop the team to deliver optimum performance and output.
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day office tasks
- Involved in Sales and Customer interaction
- Tender bidding
- Ensuring timely and accurate accounting for all financial transactions.
- Oversea day to day financial operations of the organization
- Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Debt collection
- Payroll
- Banking
- Purchase Order Financing
- Ensuring timely preparation and submission of VAT and WHT returns.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Petty Cash Control
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the Firm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Assisting in year-end audit

Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting (AAT) or equivalent
- Previous work experience will be an added advantage, Fresh Graduates welcome
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Online
