Job Brief: Door-to-Door Salespeople for Kids Educational Books (x20 Positions)
We are looking for motivated and experienced salespeople to join our team and sell kids educational books door-to-door in the Gaborone area. As a sales representative, you will play a vital role in promoting our high-quality educational books and helping children enhance their learning abilities.
Responsibilities:
– Conducting door-to-door sales activities within designated neighborhoods in Gaborone
– Presenting and promoting our range of kids educational books to potential customers
– Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue by effectively closing deals
– Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
– Keeping up-to-date records of sales activities and reporting progress to the sales manager
Requirements:
– Proven experience in sales, preferably with a background in door-to-door sales
– Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential customers
– Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close sales successfully
– Highly motivated, target-driven, and focused on achieving sales goals
– Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
– Knowledge and passion for education, particularly in regards to children’s learning
– Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle preferred
Training and Support:
– Training on sales techniques and product knowledge will be provided to all salespeople
– Ongoing support and guidance from the sales manager
– Regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
