HR Intern will assist the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks and gain hands-on experience in HR functions. This internship is designed to provide you with exposure to real-world HR practices, helping you develop essential skills and kick start your career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment Support:

·         Assist in posting job openings on job boards and company website.

·         Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.

·         Coordinate and schedule interviews.



·         Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

·         Prepare and maintain new hire orientation materials.

·         Help complete necessary paperwork and documentation.


HR Records and Data Management:

·         Maintain employee records, both physical and digital.

·         Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

·         Assist in updating HR databases and spreadsheets.


Employee Relations:

·         Help coordinate employee events and activities.

·         Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.

·         Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.


Compliance and Policy:

·         Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.

·         Support compliance efforts, including record keeping.


Training and Development:

·         Participate in HR training programs and workshops.

·         Assist in organizing and tracking employee-training records.


General Administrative Support:

·         Provide administrative assistance to the HR team.

·         Perform various clerical tasks as required.



Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced HR environment.


Specific duties may vary depending on the organization’s needs and the duration of the internship. The incumbent will have a stipend and have future for further training to be able to execute their duties to a high level of proficiency.
