China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd. (CHEC) is an international reputable enterprise to undertake overseas construction engineering business. CHEC wishes to recruit energetic people for the following vacancies for our newly awarded project MMAMASHIA (NSC2.2) WATER TRANSFER PROJECT CONSTRUCTION OF MAHALAPYE – MASAMA PIPELINE CONTRACT No. Tender Ref No. WUC 061(2021) on site.

 

Duties Include but not limited to the following:

  • Ensure the delivery of high quality HR processes
  • Determines best practices to support organizational direction
  • Designs strategy for organizational culture
  • Maintains contemporary knowledge of ethics laws, standards, legislation and emerging trends that my affect organizational behaviors and practice
  • Evaluate potential ethics risks and liabilities to the organization
  • Manages challenging issues in union and non union environments
  • Establishes programs, policies and procedures to support the organizational culture
  • Mediates difficult employee relations and other interactions as a neutral party

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Management, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years experience in human resource management with minimum 3 years in the Construction Industry
  • Have in depth knowledge of Botswana Labour Laws
  • Valid driver’s license
