An Insurance Agency

Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated Insurance Agents to join our growing team and play a key role in providing excellent insurance services. As an Insurance Agent, you’ll be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships, and managing policies effectively. This commission-based role offers a great opportunity to increase your income based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new clients and business opportunities.
  • Advise clients on insurance coverage options in Long-Term and/or Short-Term Insurance.
  • Assist clients with policy administration, renewals, and claims.
  • Remind clients of outstanding premiums and follow up to prevent policy lapses.
  • Liaise with the team on premium collections, payments, and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Proficiency in Long-Term and/or Short-Term Insurance (required).
  • Proven sales experience in insurance or a related field (advantageous).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
