Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated Insurance Agents to join our growing team and play a key role in providing excellent insurance services. As an Insurance Agent, you’ll be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships, and managing policies effectively. This commission-based role offers a great opportunity to increase your income based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new clients and business opportunities.
- Advise clients on insurance coverage options in Long-Term and/or Short-Term Insurance.
- Assist clients with policy administration, renewals, and claims.
- Remind clients of outstanding premiums and follow up to prevent policy lapses.
- Liaise with the team on premium collections, payments, and retention.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Proficiency in Long-Term and/or Short-Term Insurance (required).
- Proven sales experience in insurance or a related field (advantageous).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
