1. Site Manager x1
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee LTP Plant services project. The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring that project is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record within the ore processing field.
Job Description
- Plan, organize and manage project from start to finish, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety regulations.
- Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, including resource allocation to ensure effective execution.
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying and addressing any deviations or potential risks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and project specifications.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including records of site activities, progress reports and other supporting documentation.
- Collaborate closely with client and other stakeholders to address project requirements, provide regular updates and ensure client satisfaction.
- Foster a positive work environment, providing leadership, guidance and support to the team and encouraging productivity.
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts during the duration of the project, implementing appropriate solutions and escalating when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies and best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of O-level
- Minimum 3 years of post-experience in Plant Upkeep management or a related field.

Description

Supervisor skills include contributing to the production strategy by knowing the business goals and how to achieve them. You’ll also act as a reference point for employees and Clients, ready to fix problems that occasionally arise. Ultimately, you’ll help maintain our business reputation by ensuring daily duties are completed and goals are met.
Responsibilities

Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Safety Officer to join our team. The Safety Officer will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors. This individual will play a crucial role in developing and implementing safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections of the workplace to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Organize and facilitate safety training sessions for employees on topics such as hazard recognition, emergency response procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
- Investigate accidents, injuries, and near misses to determine root causes and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
- Perform safety audits and inspections of the workplace, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

4. Multi skill Operator x3
Silver- Marvel Investments (PTY) Ltd. is recruiting multi-skill operator who is trained with the required skills to operate and man two or more equipment in a mine. Required to do multiple job tasks and could be deployed to multiple sections in response to operational demands. As a multi-skill operator you may assigned to any machine of competence.
