Description Summary of the Position:
The Internal Auditor is responsible for working with Board of Directors and management to ensure an improved effectiveness system of its risk management, internal control and governance processes, providing independent, objective assurance and consulting activities that add value and are designed to improve the company’s operations.
Plan, organize and carryout internal audit function including preparation of an audit plan.
Reviews and reports on the accuracy and timeliness of the financials and other information that is provided by management
Reports on the value of the money that the company obtains in all its activities with special regards to the economic efficiency and effectiveness of the utilization of the corporate resources, to provide both management and Board of Directors with an opinion on the internal controls.
Provide insights and recommendations based on analyses and assessments of data and business processes.

Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communications skills,
Strong organizational, computer and problem solving skills,
A very strong work ethic and exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and independently,
Advanced computer proficiency,
Very detailed working knowledge of financial, particularly investment products.
Qualifications and experience
– a Business or Accounting Diploma is required, while preference will be given to applicants with a Certificate in Internal Audit. At-least have 2-3 years experience in internal auditing or risk management function in the financial services or consulting sector is required.
