Key behavioral competencies for the job include Customer Orientation and Stakeholder Management, Integrity, and Personal Credibility. Teamwork/ Collaboration is also critical for the role.
The candidate should also demonstrate key technical competencies that include Compensation and Benefits Management, Employee Engagement and Productivity Management. The choice candidate must also have knowledge in Employee Experience and Lifecycle Management, Employee and Labor Relations. Recruitment, Selection and Placement, HC Analytics, and Information Management are also needed for the role.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Organizational and/or Industrial Psychology
or related field
