1. HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (1 POST)
Main Purpose of the Job
• To ensure that company rules and regulations are adhered to while maintaining good relations between Management and employees.
• The Human Resources Officer will also be in charge of the Payroll Administration.
• To coordinate the learning and professional development of the organization, and coordinate Employees’ Performance Appraisals.
• The Officer will ensure ongoing, long-term improvement of employees’ skills, enabling them to fulfil their potential within the organization.
• To coordinate and facilitate the communication to all staff of performance issues including the preparation of reports for Managers and committees and giving presentations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Knowledge in payroll administration
• Ability to develop and implement monitoring systems for departmental performance indicators and standards, including ensuring data quality and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong organisational Skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Computer Skills
Qualifications and Experience:
 Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or Public Administration, Social Sciences.
 5 years’ work experience in the HR field.
